Are all courses
chargeable?
Paid learning content is marked with a lock symbol, you have to buy it first to see the full content. All other learning units are available to you free of charge and can be used without restrictions.
How long will my paid
content remain available?
To prevent the unwanted distribution of our learning content, our paid courses are only available for a limited period of time.
Normal courses are available to you for two weeks after purchase. You have access to complete courses for two months. If you need more time, please let us know and we will adjust your access accordingly.
How can I see which courses
are activated for me?
We recommend that you save the videos you want or have already purchased directly to your watchlist.
To add videos to your watchlist, simply go to the desired learning unit and open it. Then click on the clearly visible white “+” symbol on the left below the price to save the learning unit to your watchlist. You can find the watchlist in your user profile.
May I share my account?
Sharing your account is unfortunately not permitted. Please also note that you can only use your user account on one device at a time. Thank you for your understanding!

If you have any queries or technical difficulties, you can reach us from Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 17:00 and Fridays from 09:00 to 15:00.
